General rules and regulations for paying guest residents

Enrollment/registration of PG Residents

  • You must submit identification and documentation as part of the registration process and also . This may include a, voter identity card, employment card, passport, Aadhar card, or any other photo ID issued by a recognized authority.
  • The paying guest have to fill up police information form and submit their photo identity proof would include a Smart card, the voter identity card, employment card, passport, aadhar card along with two passport-size photographs of both the resident PG and Parents to the owner.

Payment and Billing Policy

  • One month Rental and one month deposit equal to one month’s rent is collected before5th of every month. Late fees of 50 rs per day will be levied for delay in payment.

Safety and Security Regulations

  • Enrolment to Biometric access to enter and exit the PG will be registered.

Maintenance and Cleanliness

  • We provide regular housekeeping services, Residents are required to keep their rooms tidy, dispose of garbage properly, and not damage anything.
  • No sticker or posters should be put on the walls. Walls with posters or writing/ Painting will be fined up to Rs.5000/-­‐ & will be adjusted with Deposit.
  • Each student should ensure that they have locked their room before leaving and It is desired that all valuables including camera, laptops and cash should be kept under locked condition, as daily cleaning of the room will be carried out. This responsibility lies with the PG No  claims against the P.G. home or other members will be entertained.
  • After leaving the rooms, guests are required to switch off the taps, lights, fans, AC, and bathroom geyser  and tap to conserve electricity and water. IN case of violation appropriate fine will be imposed.

No damage to the property

  • Guests staying at the aforementioned premises shall be held responsible for any costs associated with damages to the property, including any harm done to furniture and fittings as a result of their negligence.

Harassment

  • Ragging and bullying are strictly forbidden have to respect the privacy of fellow residents..Be responsible, and cooperative to create a harmonious living environment in your PG accommodation accommodation.

Restrictions

  • Overnight stay outside the P.G. should be priorly informed
  • Resident guests shall be required to seek permission from the owners before leaving for a leave.
  • No Smoking or Drinking: IT is strictly prohibited within the PG premises
  • No loud music to be played
  • No Delivery inside the PG House Except Sick Person on Request
  • No parties and loud gatherings within the PG premises.
  • Timing Restrictions All resident guests must be back in the premises by 10.30 p.m.; It prevents unauthorized access to the premises during late hour

Guest Policies

  • No entry in P.G. homes for students/friends who are not inmates of PG.
  • Entry to the PG premises is often restricted to guardians and local guardians only. Visitors are generally not allowed.

Vacating the PG

  • One month prior written notice must be given to the owners by resident guests when vacating the premises, without any default.   
  • PG residents should take away all their belongings from the premises before leaving the PG accommodation and must give clean and vacant possession. Biometric access to PG will be removed.
  • In case a resident guest vacates her room before completion of the month, she will be bound to pay the accommodation charges for the whole month. The accommodation charges are charged from first day of the month to last day of the month.
  • Deposit amount will not be adjusted as accommodation charges. Security deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating the room.

Please Note

  1. Misbehavior or Indulging in a row with owners / security staff will be treated as an offence and will be liable for expulsion.
  2. Reshuffling of seats is reserved by us
  3. Violation of rules and regulations will be seriously observed and warning advice will be given to the inmates before termination of the stay and the refund will be forfeited

ANNEXURE TO RULES & REGULATIONS

Things to be brought by P.G students (not provided by the P.G. Home)

  • Bed sheets and pillow with pillow covers -­‐ minimum 2 Nos.
  • Mosquito Repellant.
  • Candle/Torch/Emergency Light.
  • Medicine of general problems for personal use.
  • Locks for rooms (3 Keys locks). One for self, 2nd for room partner, 3rd for cleaning to be given to P.G. Home
  • One woolen Blanket.
  • Marking of clothes by marker ink for Laundry.
  • Table glass for cutting papers.
  • Plastic Bucket & mug.
  • Umbrella & Rain coat.
  • Utensils in kitchen.
  • Cleaning detergent.

Note: Parents should make their own arrangement for stay outside the P.G. during visit  to their ward.
